WTPOD: The Boys

The boys are back this week with LOTS of news and opinions! Kurt sits down with Heather Bandenburg of Pro Wrestling EVE and Lucha Britannia to discuss all things wrestling and her upcoming book 'Unlady Like: A Grrrl's Guide To Wrestling'. The first book about feminism & wrestling!

Jamie, Kurt, Callum and Rivers are on the road this week to see Frontline Puro & Wrestle Gate Pro- Emerald Grand Prix featuring Shuji Ishikawa, Joe Doering, Rampage Brown, Gabriel Kidd and more. They review both shows and give some insight into why Wrestle Gate is one of the best kept secrets in British wrestling!

Kurt and Jamie are on the road to Rev Pro, Ungovernable featuring Los Ingobernables de Japon and are joined by friend of the podcast Jordan who is making his podcast debut.

 

The boys record in the car as they talk about the Rev Pro show they're heading too. Kurt talks about the upcoming 'WTPod presents BBR G1' on Total Extreme Wrestling (TEW).

 

They also give their thoughts on Flip Gordon joining the Villain Enterprises, Eli Drake joining the NWA and much more.

 

The boys talk about the opening show of G1 in Dallas and how good this year is looking. Kurt managed to talk to NJPW LA Dojo Young Lions, Clark Connors & Karl Fredericks ahead of their participation on the G1 tour, training under Shibats and their future goals in wrestling.
